What is TORQ Daily?

How many gummies are in a pouch, and what is a serving?
Each pouch has 30 gummies. A serving is 2 gummies, so every pouch is 15 servings. Take one serving (2 gummies) per day — do not exceed 2 gummies daily.
When should I take each one?
Energy in the morning, Focus midday when the work gets sharp, and Sleep 30–60 minutes before bed. Follow the directions on each pouch.
Can I take Energy and Focus on the same day?
Yes — they are designed to work together across your day. Focus is stimulant-free, so it will not stack caffeine on top of Energy. Take one serving of each and do not exceed the daily serving.
